Fusion Media AI Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for fusionmedia.ai. This notice applies solely to the information collected by this website.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
What this notice covers
This notice will tell you the following:
- What personally identifiable information is being collected from you through the website, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
- How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
What the site collects
Fusion Media AI is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We collect information in three ways: what you send us, what your browser keeps for you on your own device, and basic usage measurement.
What you send us
When you start a free concept, ask about a partnership or send a message, the form asks for your name and email and, depending on the form, your company, website, phone number, role, a note, an optional file and your answers to the brief questions. With the form we also receive the page and button you used, your visit’s ticket number, the titles of any videos you played on the site, and the campaign that brought you to the site (the referring site and any campaign tags or ad click identifiers in the link you followed).
You can also contact us by email or phone. We only use what you send to respond to you and to prepare the work you asked about.
Usage measurement
On fusionmedia.ai we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, videos played, form steps reached, the device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this. We never send your name, email, company or anything you type to Google Analytics. Preview copies of the site do not load it.
Our hosting provider
The site and its images and videos are hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and to keep the service secure.
What your browser keeps on your device
The site keeps a few small entries in your browser’s own storage so it works the way you left it. They stay on your device. The campaign, page, ticket and played-video entries travel with a form only when you send one.
| Name | Where | What it holds | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
fmai.attr.v1 | Local storage | The first and the latest campaign that brought you here: landing page, referring site, campaign tags and ad click identifier | First visit 90 days, latest 30 days |
fmai.motion | Local storage | Your Pause motion choice | Until you change it |
fmai.brief.draft | Local storage | Your brief answers, so they are still there if you come back before sending | Until you send the brief or clear it |
fmai.ctx.v1 | Session storage | The program, page and button that led you to the brief | This visit |
fmai.ticket.v1 | Session storage | Your ticket number for this visit | This visit |
fmai.brand | Session storage | The brand name you type on the storyboard cover, used to fill in the form for you. It is never sent to analytics | This visit |
fmai.played | Session storage | The titles of the videos you played, sent with a brief as the videos you screened | This visit |
You can remove these entries at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The site works without them.
How we use and share information
We will only use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, to prepare the concept or work you asked about, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than the service providers that run the site and our business for us:
- Airtable stores the forms you send, as our customer records.
- Vercel hosts the site, its images and its videos.
- Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used, as described above.
- Vimeo plays some of our videos. Our Vimeo players are set to "do not track", but Vimeo receives your IP address and browser details when a player loads. On a video’s watch page the player loads with the page; elsewhere it loads when you press play.
- Calendly handles booking when you choose to book a call. It loads only when you point at, tab to or click a booking link, and what you enter there is handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
If you tick the box to hear from us about your concept, we may email you about it. Unless you ask us not to, we may also contact you via email in the future to tell you about new services or changes to this policy.
Your access to and control over information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change or correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.
- Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Security
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, for example billing or customer service, are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Changes to this policy
When we change how the site collects or uses information, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
