What is the Fusion Media AI
“Human + AI + Human” Workflow?
We treat AI as a virtual production camera, not a replacement for human creativity.

- AI Generation: We use custom in-house pipelines to generate Neural Assets and high-fidelity scenes.
- Human Polish: Studio editors, VFX artists, and audio engineers craft the final piece to Emmy and Clio-level standards.

Who Leads Fusion Media AI
Leadership & Production Authority

Corey Holtgard
Co-Founder | CEO | Chief Architect, The Fusion Core
Corey Holtgard is the operational visionary behind Fusion Media AI’s transition from a traditional production studio into a highly scalable, Tech-Enabled Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform.
With over two decades of experience in media production and entrepreneurship, Corey scaled a two-person startup into a 42-person, eight-figure enterprise, executive-producing over 900 national broadcast television series for networks including Outdoor Channel, NBC Sports, Sportsman Channel, and Amazon Prime. He managed simultaneous productions across six continents, coordinating crews on seven concurrent series for clients including LL Bean, Tony Robbins, Matthew McConaughey, and professional athletes from the NBA and NFL.
His broadcast work earned multiple industry honors, including the Outdoor Channel Golden Moose Award for Best New Series, Best Show Open, and Best Editing; the Sportsman Choice Award for Best New Series and Best Show Open; and multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze Telly Awards.
Corey’s career in production began in the Tampa Bay Lightning’s Production Department, where he filmed on ice during the franchise’s historic first Stanley Cup victory in 2004.
Recognizing that the traditional video production model was fundamentally broken, incapable of meeting the velocity demands of modern enterprise and AI-driven search, Corey spent two years architecting The Fusion Core, FMAI’s proprietary agentic AI pipeline that completely decouples studio-grade video creation from linear human labor hours. By treating Video as Software, Corey empowers CMOs, CLOs, and global agencies to scale their visual content and Knowledge Operations (KnOps) at unprecedented speeds, without sacrificing the Emmy and Clio-level craft standards that defined his early career.

Doug Swim
Co-Founder | President | Chief IP & Compliance Officer
Doug Swim is a technology executive, attorney, and operator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, media, and regulated innovation.
As Co-Founder and President of Fusion Media AI, Doug constructs the corporate, legal, and intellectual property frameworks that make FMAI the safest, most compliant generative video platform in the enterprise sector. He also serves as Executive Producer and Co-Founder of Aqueduct Pictures, where he leads strategic, legal, and financial operations for film and series production including the upcoming streaming series UNCAGED and the feature-length project “To Be a Blessing.”
Doug’s unique background as a former Physician Assistant turned healthcare operations attorney gives him a rare operational lens across law, technology, and execution. For more than 20 years, he has advised organizations operating in highly regulated environments — including hospitals, physician groups, and ancillary providers — on HIPAA, the Stark Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, FDA regulations, privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, and complex contracting.
He identified early that “Shadow AI” and unauthorized digital cloning presented catastrophic liabilities to corporate brands. In response, he engineered FMAI’s compliance and legal architecture — authoring protocols that strictly navigate the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and California’s Synthetic Media laws (AB 2602 / AB 1836). Under his leadership, FMAI provides enterprise clients with single-tenant data sovereignty via Google Cloud Zero-Trust VPC Enclaves, HIPAA/BAA-compliant rendering, and absolute indemnification against AI copyright claims.
By enforcing strict delineations between FMAI’s proprietary “Background IP” (The Fusion Core, base models, prompt architecture) and client “Deliverables” (final video assets), Doug ensures that as FMAI scales its infrastructure globally, client data, brand equity, and corporate integrity remain rigorously protected.
Doug holds a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, a BS in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University, and completed Emergency Medical Training (EMT through Paramedic Licensure) at Southeast Community College.

Frequently Asked Questions About AI Video Production
- What is a “Neural Asset”?
- A Neural Asset is a stable, reusable AI representation of a specific person, product, or environment that can be inserted into new video generations with consistent fidelity. Unlike standard 3D models, Neural Assets are trained on the likeness and physics of the subject, allowing realistic lighting and animation across infinite scenarios. FMAI uses Neural Assets to enable Digital Twins and Video as Software capabilities.
- How does FMAI solve “Content Decay”?
- Fusion Media AI treats Video as Software, allowing enterprise clients to update specific elements within existing video assets — such as product labels, compliance language, or spokesperson scripts — without re-shooting the entire production. This eliminates Content Decay by ensuring training materials and marketing assets remain current at all times under a Living Content Retainer.
- Does FMAI offer wholesale rates?
- Yes. Fusion Media AI operates a “Silent Fulfillment Arm” model for verified agency partners, providing white-label video production at wholesale margins of approximately 50%. Agency partners own the client relationship while FMAI executes the production under strict non-circumvention agreements.
